is a 501c3 nonprofit organization designed to inspire and increase economic opportunities for at-risk teens and young adults through mentoring, post secondary education and career development initiatives.
The Dilemma
Charlotte ranked dead last in an analysis of economic mobility in America’s 50 largest cities by the Equality of Opportunity Project, a team of researchers out of Harvard, Stanford and Berkeley led by Stanford’s Raj Chetty.

WHY SUPPORT TEAMme FOUNDATION INC?
TEAMme foundation Inc supports and helps educators focus on their individual needs in the classroom, provide resources to help bring growth in teaching and learning, and help teachers get to a place where they are sharing best practices with one another. We also provide programs and strategies for inspiring and redirecting at-risk teens to meet targeted school outcomes. TEAMme will liaise between schools and businesses to provide real world experiences and work-based learning opportunities. TEAMme also assists in career pathway alignment and career and college promise programs.
